Im sorry to hear that some folks have had trouble with this app. That would frustrate me, too. For whatever reason, it works fine for me. I hope tech support rises to the occasion and helps those with a different experience.

I subscribe to many newspaper and magazine apps and this is by far the worst. The app has none of the functionality one would expect. There is no ability to click on and enlarge an article to read it - the font is way to small for comfortable reading. Total waste of time.

I enjoyed the older version of the app. Much harder to read and some lines get cut off now. Its an app, allow it to act like one, not just a pdf to flip through.

The app used to be great for some reason they changed the format and now the print is too small to read and the content is a lot less functional. If they dont go back to the previous format I will cancel my subscription. Really disappointed in the change.

I bought my first and last issue with this app. Reading an article and cannot scroll down to read the rest of it. I only have the option to go left or right which moves me to the previous or next item.

I really love that I am able to open the magazine when Im traveling. It came in handy when I was deployed! I was able to read the articles easily on my phone or iPad. Never had any issues and really easy to navigate through the pages.

A little confuse at first...but worthy getting it!

Thought this was going to be the content app for their website. Just a way to buy digital magazines.
